Throughout the school year, Orchard teachers will be utilizing the engineering design process to enhance their instruction. Students will be engaged in hands on learning while teachers integrate STEAM instruction into elements of their curriculum. As part of the ‘Apollo Project’, we are teaming with other Orem cluster schools to improve each child’s learning experience through project based learning.
We firmly believe that each child deserves to be prepared for the 21st Century by demonstrating mastery of certain knowledge, skills, and dispositions to achieve that vision.
